Client Success Specialist

The Larky nudge® platform enables community financial institutions to engage their account holders with data-driven campaign solutions delivered through innovative channels. We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support all activities related to the long term success of our clients, and manage all of their post-sale experiences. You will bring strong relationship-building experience, product knowledge, organizational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure each client’s satisfaction with the Larky nudge® platform.

This position involves direct ownership of delighting our clients, and reports directly to the head of client success, giving you all the support and authority you need to be successful.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage client life cycle, including coordinating: onboarding, adoption, enablement, and quarterly business reviews highlighting potential upsell opportunities
  • Facilitate new client (and trial client) initial onboarding and introduction to the Larky nudge® platform, including working directly with client marketing departments on launching campaigns to get started
  • Review product performance and account holder engagement metrics on a client-by-client basis, suggesting options to create greater adoption where appropriate
  • Develop and update client-enablement documentation
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product and other business units while representing client needs and expectations, including helping shape the product roadmap

Skills you’ll have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or combined relevant experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Client Success role, preferably in a SaaS B2B role
  • Bonus: Experience in a marketing department for a credit union or community bank
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, perform effectively under pressure, and execute independently in a remote-work environment
  • Very strong phone and interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written) as well as organizational skills
  • Understanding of marketing automation tools and execution
  • Experience working at a rapidly growing technology company also a plus

Marketing Lead

You live and breathe marketing, you are creative, enthusiastic, and love to dig into technical details to get results.

We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketer who will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day responsibilities of our marketing initiatives. Your role will include collaborating with our internal stakeholders and outside marketing partners.

Your responsibilities include tracking and analyzing the performance of our marketing initiatives, drafting and editing content and communications, managing a budget, managing our website and social media accounts, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.

To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with the major digital marketing channels and be able to track and analyze results with ease.

Key Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to)
  • Collaborate with internal and external team members to deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Assist with the development of strategies and tactics that get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our business
  • Oversee and contribute to a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and overall performance
  • Write drafts and edit content for publication on our website and marketing collateral
  • Create sales enablement documents
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Oversee and approve marketing materials, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
  • Draft and send email communications to clients, prospects, and subscribers using Zoho and/or MailChimp
  • Manage social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Document and organize recurring marketing responsibilities into standard operating procedures
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a marketing management/coordination role (experience with a technology implementation company a big plus)
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage to deadlines
  • Proven experience in creatively devising and managing marketing strategies across multiple marketing channels, including search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, website, social media, design, marketing automation, and email
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and reporting (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Knowledge of basic HTML and/or experience making content changes on a website (Webflow)
  • Ability to use a wide variety of software, including Word, Excel, Google Docs, social media scheduling tools, and more
  • Experience working with and maintaining a CRM (Nutshell experience a big plus)
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Senior Software Engineer - Front-End

Larky is looking for an experienced front-end software engineer to join our team and help develop our state-of-the-art push notification platform. This includes a library for iOS and Android apps that is integrated in premier financial mobile applications, with all messaging managed through a portal we develop and host. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of total experience, with 3-5 years experience working directly with front-end elements.

About the Job

You will be joining a small team of skilled engineers working on a diverse and modern technology stack. The job includes designing, developing, and testing new features as well as enhancing existing features. The position is 100% remote.
