Sales Executive

Larky is expanding, and is in search of our next sales leader.

As a Sales Executive with Larky you will be part of our talented team as we continue to expand relationships, grow partnerships, and help financial institutions engage with their account holders. If this sounds like a journey that you'd love to be a part of, let's talk.

Job description

In this role, you will promote, market, and sell Larky’s best-of-breed communications platform to financial institutions both through direct sales and in collaboration with digital banking partners.


You will be a key player in the sales team and will own the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal. Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving revenue goals
  • Initiating contact and developing relationships with financial institutions and client success/sales professionals at our digital banking provider partners
  • Building a sales pipeline and maintaining opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle
  • Performing sales presentations and product demos to channel partner representatives and financial institutions
  • Representing the company at industry events
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Preparing for prospect calls including background research and other pertinent lead information
  • Entering, updating, and maintaining CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities

You will thrive in this role if:

  • You are tenacious. You understand how to stay in contact with prospective buyers without turning them off.
  • You enjoy building relationships and creating a bond and rapport with prospects
  • You have great time management skills. You’ll enjoy a great sense of autonomy. In order to be successful, you must organize and balance your activities appropriately to create results.
  • Not only are you a polished presenter, you enjoy it. Showing off what we do is part of the fun and to be successful in this role, you’ll need to be proficient in doing so.


  • At least 5 years of sales experience with quota responsibilities
  • Experience selling to banks and/or credit unions
  • Experience in technology and/or Fintech sales
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • History of work in an early-stage/rapid growth organization
