Larky is pleased to announce the hiring of Max Miller as Director of Sales, working in the company’s Ann Arbor headquarters. In this newly created role at the growing fintech company, Max will focus his efforts on sell-through of Larky’s nudge® platform with mobile banking app partners to their FI clients. Miller will play a key role in creating and executing the sales strategy to financial institutions that are using the mobile banking apps created by our strategic partners.

Miller comes to Larky with a decade’s worth of sales leadership experience, with a focus in sales financial services to commercial accounts over the past five years. Most recently, Miller worked for On Deck Capital, the global online small business lending company in a series of account management and sales team leadership roles, each role representing a jump in revenue responsibility. Miller met the challenge at On Deck winning President’s Club Awards over three consecutive years. While there, Miller created a new account manager onboarding program aimed at increasing efficacy and reducing ramp-up time, built and coached his team to sales success resulting in three promotions for his direct reports, and introduced a series a business critical KPI to drive growth, all while exceeding his own territory goals. This background has helped Miller make an easy transition into his current position with Larky.

In addition to his revenue generation and sales leadership skills, Miller has extensive experience with managing channel partners, resellers and strategic partners. He combines all of this experience with team leadership and coaching skills he learned as a collegiate athlete, playing baseball for Michigan State University.
